About The BIA
The Greenview Industrial Business Improvement Area (BIA) is a collective of local businesses working together to build a stronger, more vibrant business community. By pooling resources and sharing a common vision, businesses within Greenview Industrial can invest in projects and initiatives that benefit the entire district.
We represent and advocate for more than 300+ local businesses, attract investment, improve the area’s appearance and accessibility, promote local enterprises, and foster connections between businesses, employees, residents, and visitors.
From community events and public art to beautification projects, safety initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business support programs, we work to create an environment where businesses can thrive.
The BIA is funded through a levy paid by businesses within the district, allowing members to collectively invest in improvements that would be difficult to achieve individually. This collaborative approach helps strengthen Greenview Industrial’s economy, enhance its reputation, and create a more welcoming and successful community for everyone.
At its core, the Greenview Industrial BIA exists to support the people and businesses that make this district unique. We are here to listen, advocate, connect, and help our members succeed.
The area that the BIA currently serves spans from 32 to 41 Avenue NE between 2nd street NW and 32nd Avenue NE. We hope to expand and advocate for all businesses in the Greenview Industrial area in the coming years.

what is a business
improvement area?
A BIA is a group of businesses in a defined zone that come together to make improvements in the area.
Businesses within each BIA area pay an additional levy tax (included in their business tax), to fund projects & initiatives to support economic growth, vibrancy, infrastructure, and safety within the district.
